Schedule and Fees

 (Music Lessons)

 There are 3 terms per year:

 Term 1: Sept – Dec (12 lesson weeks)

Term 2: Jan – April (12 lesson weeks)

Term 3: May – June (6 lesson weeks)

Each lesson is $25,

30 minutes in length

The fee for Term 1 is $300 (12 x $25).

The fee for Term 2 is $300 (12 x $25)

The fee for Term 3 is $150 (6 x $25).

When there is a week that contains a Stat holiday, there will generally be no lessons for the entire week (no charge) to allow regular breaks for all students, not just those whose lessons happen to fall on a stat.

***Note: In order to avoid a 4 week gap, regular lessons will resume after Spring Break, on March 30th, and proceed throughout the weeks containing Good Friday and Easter Monday. If student is unable to attend on the Friday/Monday of the Easter weekend they may arrange to attend on Monday April 20th / Friday, April 24th. ***

Missed Music Lessons

If a student misses a lesson (for whatever reason), no refund or credit given will be provided, and the missed lesson may not be rescheduled.

If the instructor misses a lesson (for whatever reason), you will be given the choice of a refund, a credit, or a re-scheduled lesson if possible.

Health and Safety

Students and Instructor are required to cancel a lesson if experiencing illness.

Payment

Payment for Music Lessons may be made by equal monthly payments throughout the term or by a one-time payment of the full amount at the start of the term, using cash, cheque, or e-transfer.

Payment for Art Workshops to be made prior to the start of the workshop or session using cash, cheque or e-transfer.

Cheques should be made out to Maureen Morgan.

Withdrawal from Music Lessons

If wishing to withdraw from lessons, please discuss this with instructor to determine if there is anything that can be done to remedy the situation. If you decide to withdraw from lessons, please give 2 weeks notice for cancellation if possible. The remainder of term/lessons will be refunded as applicable.
